Are you feeling particularly festive this holiday season? Sure, you may have decorated your home, but have you considered decorated your wheelchair? Perhaps you have a fun Christmas party to attend or just want to show your friends and family how creative you can truly be? Either way, we can help bring out your inner artist and prove to those around you that you truly get into the spirit.

Add Some Color

Did you know that you can now purchase color parts for your wheelchair? If you’re looking to add a little holiday cheer to your chair, then consider adding some colored tires or upholstery.

Add Some Stickers

Holiday stickers are accessible, affordable, and easy to put onto your wheelchair. Any type of convenient store should carry a wide selection of stickers with Christmas trees, bows, lights, reindeer, etc. Find stickers that you like and strategically place them onto your chair. However, make sure that you will be able to get the stickers off once Christmas has come and gone.

Add a Flower

We’ve suggested adding a flower to your wheelchair before. Now, consider adding a piece of mistletoe or a few poinsettia leaves to your chair. You’ll need a plastic vase to attach to the side of your wheelchair. Once completed, add pieces of your favorite holiday flower.

Add a Stocking

This idea is new and can be quite fun. To show that you’re really in the Christmas mood, try hanging a stocking from your wheelchair. Who knows? Maybe you’ll even get a gift.

Add Some Lights

If you want people to see you coming, then wrap Christmas lights around your chair. Whether you choose classic white lights or bright ones, decorating the handlebars of your wheelchair can show that Christmas is one of your favorite holidays.

Have Fun

The whole purpose of decorating your wheelchair for Christmas is to have fun. Therefore, let your creative juices start flowing and come up with new and exciting ways to prove that the holiday spirit is with you!
