- Make, Model, Year – As with cars, no two wheelchairs are exactly the same. To order parts for your power wheelchair or scooter, please provide us with both the brand and the model name or number. If you know the year it was manufactured, or the year it was purchased, that will help even more. From there, we can determine which parts are needed.
- Part Number – Figuring out the part number for the specific component that you are looking to replace can be difficult. If you have the part, there should be a part number printed or engraved somewhere on the component, though the part number may be incredibly small. If you can’t find it, don't worry; we’ll figure it out anyway!
- Part Name or Description of Problem – If you are missing specific information regarding the part you are looking to replace, or you have a problem that needs to be addressed but you don't know specifically what it is, we can help diagnose the problem or determine the part.
