Do I need to leave my house to have my wheelchair serviced?

No! At Precision Repair Network, we come to you! If your wheelchair is in need of repair, service, or routine maintenance, one of our qualified and experienced service technicians will go to your house and perform the services on-site.

What if you need to repair or service my wheelchair at one of your service facilities?

If we need to bring your power wheelchair or scooter back to one of our service facilities, we will happily provide you with a loaner chair at no cost. We recognize that your wheelchair or scooter provides you with mobility - and the independence and freedom that come with it - and we want you to maintain that mobility.

What type of services do you provide?

At Precision Repair Network, we specialize in power wheelchair repair, the service and maintenance of power wheelchairs and scooters, the sale of parts and accessories, and wheelchair sales.

What type of payments do you accept?

To meet our members' needs, we accept a diverse array of payment options, including Medicare, Medicaid, private health insurance, major credit cards (including VISA, MasterCard and American Express), eChecks, and paid membership dues.

Do you sell new wheelchairs or just repair and service old ones?

In addition to wheelchair service, repair and maintenance, we also offer new power wheelchairs and scooters. If you are having difficulty choosing a new wheelchair, we can help choose a device that best suits your needs.

Are your service technicians qualified and experienced?

Yes! We employ only qualified and experienced service technicians, and we perform thorough background checks on all of our candidates in order to earn our members' trust and respect. Rest assured, your service technician will be kind and courteous, and provide service of the highest caliber.
